Cancellation / Return / Exchange
Although every effort has been made to ensure that the product is in good condition, we will cancel, return, or exchange it only in the following cases.
* If you wish to cancel, return, or exchange even if the conditions are met, please be sure to contact us in advance within 7 days of the arrival of the product.
* If the product is returned without contacting us, we may not be able to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
* Cancellations, returns, and exchanges cannot be accepted within 7 days of the arrival of the product.
(1) When there is a defect in the product that is recognized as an initial defect
(2) When a product different from the ordered content arrives
(3) In the case of a product damaged during delivery (confirmation with the delivery company may be required)
(4) When none of the following applies and the product is returned within 7 days after the product arrives according to the procedure separately determined by the Company. However, if you do not return it within 7 days of the return application, you will not be able to return it.
① When used, repaired, washed, or cleaned
(2) If the product tag / label is separated and lost
③ If the condition of the product (including but not limited to the box and accessories of the product) at the time of return is damaged, soiled, lost, etc. compared to the time of delivery.
④ If the product has an odor, stains, or scratches on the part of the customer.
⑤ If the package is a part of the product and the package is opened ⑥ If the product has a description of "Return / Exchange not applicable" on the sales page ⑦ It is different from the image, you changed your mind, etc. For customer convenience
Regarding (1) to (3), we will bear the cost of returning, and we will refund the selling price, shipping fee, cash on delivery fee and convenience store settlement fee at the time of purchase, or exchange it for a substitute. Even if you wish to exchange for a substitute product, you may not be able to exchange it due to a shortage of the product.
Regarding (4), the member will bear the cost of returning the item, and the Company will return the selling price at the time of purchase by the member.
